Here is a good place to eat at the foot of Montmartre hill steps away from the famous Moulin Rouge cabaret. Headed by an imposing mill this good restaurant with a great history - the place was once an open air dance hall (painted by Renoir - La Moulin de la Galette, 1876 - Orsay Museum) - is a table not to be missed either for Lunch or dinner in Montmartre district. The two Chefs Antoine Heerah and Jerome Bodereau who both worked at the Arpege restaurant propose a refreshing and delightful inventive cuisine. Great thing to do : Enjoy the shadowed terrace for a lunch (Lunch menu is good value for money) on a sunny day in summer or for a romantic dinner (reservation mandatory).
