Chef Christian Le Squer is discreet but very talented - His message is clear: The ingredient is king; food should be creative and surprising but easy to understand. After three years only - in 2002 Christian Le Squer was rated 3 Michelin stars (Only 26 restaurants in France). Dress code : Suit and tie strongly advised. Reservation is mandatory.
